The driver, my son, was fourteen years old; the youngest driver ever signed to a NASCAR contract. Even more extraordinary, he is Bi-Racial, one of a handful of black drivers in the history in the seventy-two-year history of the sport. I use those experiences to speak on leadership and diversity, I am a licensed Executive Advisor with the Culture Predictive Index, a certified Personal and Professional Life Coach and Time Management Expert. I am affiliated with the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals (WAOFP) and the National Speakers Association (NSA.) I studied business at Washburn University and graduated with a business and paralegal degree.
