Mr. Fate provided our event with a best-in-class speaking engagement. He was very thoughtful in his preparation and spent extra time getting to know our members and organization ahead of the day. His motivational message hit home with our attendees and left them feeling inspired. He was personable, relatable and professional. I would love to have Lefford back in the future and highly recommend him for your next event.

Lefford was fantastic to work with, from original bid, quick responses, questions and answers, everything. Right away, even though there were several excellent bids, I knew that Mr. Lefford Fate was THE man for the job. In planning a five year anniversary reunion for cast and crew of a military play I had directed, I wanted him as keynote speaker for a dinner program that would also include patriotic skits and Lefford portraying one of the characters in the play. He had a thorough survey for me to complete, so he could plan the best presentation that fit perfectly. With the venue hitches that I tried to foresee but did not, nothing kept him from succeeding.

David and the Defiance crew were exceptional. It was a wonderful event and I truly enjoyed myself. The only problem is now I want to be a Thespian!!!! All kidding aside this was a professional event honoring military and veterans. They did an amazing job and I look forward to working with David and Denise in the future. I have already but the 10-year reunion on my calendar.

Lefford Fate is a five start person in every respect. He is a multi-talented professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a motivational and/or keynote speaker, coach or work shop leader. His expertise as a speaker and his long time tenure in the Toastmasters organization were invaluable asses that he brought to bear as a contest judge for the American Legion Constitutional Speech College Scholarship Contest. He gave his time and knowledge freely and with enthusiasm. Mr. Fate should definitely be on everyones list of highly rated and sought after professionals.

Lefford is wonderful to work with! As a facilitator at this event, he was able to engage the group to encourage participation in the conversations as well as to redirect folks who got off track and bogged down the discussion.
Our group has worked with Lefford for years and cannot say enough positive things about him. Facilitation is an under-utilization of his true talents. Lefford is an outstanding speaker that can connect with any audience. Whatever need you have for a speaker, Lefford is an excellent choice. He will exceed any expectation.
