Garrett did an amazing job sharing his personal journey and inspiring our young attendees to follow their hearts and use their voice! The audience was fully engaged and he maintained their undivided attention throughout his talk. He was also very quick to adapt to some unforeseen technical issue and work through them to keep the message on point.

Garrett spoke with a culture group at work and presented on goal setting at year end with intentions for the new year. His presence was incredibly friendly and positive and his presentation made the team enjoy our group session and feel and engaged. I especially loved the focus on breathing, which made us stop and fully relax before getting into the intention setting for the new year. We individually wrote down responses to 3 questions he asked us regarding new year's intentions and the exercise was really powerful. Garrett is a great speaker and incredibly professional and engaging!
