After two decades with a career as a versatile operations leader, he launched his own consulting business, allowing flexibility to engage in a wide variety of adventures. He volunteers at the local elementary and preschool to assist in young literacy programs. He is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
