Some call it, “your one degree.” Others call it, “your sweet spot.” I have spent over two decades developing a program to help businesses, programs, and the individual to find “The Clarity of Your Purpose.” I dedicated my life to my faith, my family, and the game of football. I committed to helping all members of each raise their standards and figure out how to become an even better version of themselves. I believed great college football programs manifested from the integrity and moral fiber of its leadership and more specifically, its head football coach. My mission was to develop a football program which teaches its players the importance of Team Over Individual (TOI). TOI had been the core message within every football program I led. It represented a belief my student-athletes were expected to live while a member of the football program. It was the guiding principle, within all aspects of my program, as it prepared my players for life after their time within the institution and football program.
