Don't let the professionalism fool you like it did me. The communication was professional. My booking was a last minute one for a funeral reception. However, Mr.Padilla (whoever he was, he did not show up to perform) sent me a contract via email the night before they were to perform, with 5 mariachi's and the amount for their services($1,000) :(. Only 4 showed up and we asked where the 5th guy was and he said it was too last minute. What? Contract said 15 min. break after 2 hours. 1 hour in, the 4 guys took a break and proceeded to solicit their CD's and eat the food. They also ask you for the money upfront, so I feel there was no recourse other than this review.

I was so impress and loved the performance and professionalism of the trio. We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and forever will be grateful for making her day so special. I recommend this trio to anyone that looking for traditional mexican music. It gave our celebration a touch of class. MUCHAS MUCHAS GRACIAS

One knock I would have regarding my experience is their method of settling final payment. They stipulate final payment before performance in cash. To me this is tacky and unprofessional. It had the feel of illegality. Like a drug deal. I get that they need to ensure they get paid and in a timely manner but running around before guests for what is not pocket change is just unseemly. There must be a better way to finalize the transaction. For instance Gigmasters having the card on file and simply charging it upon completion. Just a suggeation.

I hired the Trio specifically for my daughter's wedding in Oak Glen, California. Mr. Ony Martinez provided us with excellent songs suggestions. The communication/planing was excellent via email, phone calls and text especially considering that I hired them from Canada ( where I live). We had guests from all over ( England, Canada, other cities in the US and even from Bahrain) The guests were just fascinated with their music/talent and we had great feed back from all of them. Because the venue provided us with a DJ for the reception, they only played during the ceremony and cocktail hour but I definitely recommend them for the reception too. Amazing musicians !

Los Mariachis De America & Trios De America were very accommodating to my special request. They were able to satisfy my request even though I was not physically able to talk to them. Everything was done through e-mail, as this was the only way to communicate with them due to the fact of me being stationed in South Korea. Overall, they provided a great performance for my wife whom did not expect the surprise. Thank you for the great performance. -Ricardo Soto

They were very professional throughout the entire process of making arrangements. They always answered any questions we had. They played the music very well. They made the party quite enjoyable for everyone and were super nice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking mariachi music.

Los mariachis de America were great very accommodating. They played at my grandfathers funeral and they made it wonderful for us. They were also flexible with the performing a little longer. I highly reccomend mariachis de America.

I could not have been more pleased with Los Mariachis De America. From the first contact to the last song my experience was nothing but wonderful. The singer was amazing and engaging. All the instrumentalists were perfect. They seemed to be having as much fun as the guests. Every single person at the party commented on how awesome the mariachis were. We truly feel blessed. Prior communication was great,I booked the band last minute for my daughters 30th birthday and Ony called me right away and then emailed a couple of times with all the details. They weren't able to change the time to earlier in the evening,however I was very impressed that they did try to shift their schedule to help me out. They looked fabulous!!! and were so polite, professional and courteous...Ony made suggestions of when to sing certain things and cut the cake to sing Happy Birthday in both English and Spanish.They sounded fantastic and we all had a great time.I would highly recommend this band.Thank you Ony!! and Mariachis De America.
