As a professional magical entertainer, I began learning magic when I received a Howdy Doody Magic Kit at 5 years old. Growing up, I read magic books and bought many magic sets. In the 8th grade, I read "Expert at the Card Table" by Erdnase and studied handling cards while playing poker and performing card tricks. In 1963, I was accepted as a certified member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. In 2023, I became as close to a wizard as one can become in the Order of Merlin, Excelsior, with 60 years of experience. Specialized custom entertainment is provided for: Birthday Celebrations Banquets Conventions Trade Shows Hospitality Suites Gatherings Attention is given to all the special details needed by the client for their special event. Audience participation will allow audience members to become STARS on stage. Shows may include card tricks with audience assistance or even floating a volunteer in the air, Classic magic to sawing a person in half with a bow saw and no boxes may be seen. Shows are available for every venue. I have performed in front of mirrors and surrounded; on a moving tour bus from San Antonio to Houston; outdoors at oil show on flatbed truck; and fairs. Mr. Blossom, Children's Entertainer, provides magic, fun, and balloon animals for boys and girls 1 to 100 years old. Various extras are provided on the living room circuit like Mr. Blossom postcards for assistants, color autographed 8 x 10 photo, International Magician's Assistant Certificate, and handouts. May perform walk around for adults at event before or after birthday show. Douglas the magician may perform close-up magic at a table or perform walk around magic table to table or person to person. Walk around is charged by the hour. Will perform at a banquet at restaurant or club. Stage shows are available if venue has a stage or platform available. My floating lady levitation has fooled the astronauts and engineers at NASA. My bow sawing in half can use volunteer and has no boxes. I also perform the $100 mystery where a $100 is volunteered for the show. Remember, every show is customized for your entertainment needs. Every show is special to us.
