Carl provided an hour of entertainment during lunch time at our annual company meeting in Philadelphia. He was on-time, and didn't complain when we asked him to start 15-20m late as one of our morning sessions ran long. He worked with us to deliver the experience we wanted for our company, and had a friendly, easy-going manner. Carl started with a custom 10 or 15 minutes for the entire group that centered around an honored guest which wowed everyone in the audience. As lunch was being served he moved around the room entertaining tables and waiting guests. I overheard many people trying figure out how he did what he did and expressing amazement at his skill.
