Dr. Katherine Greenland is an exceptionally skilled motivational speaker. She had excellent rapport with the audience as she shared highlights from her doctoral dissertation research as well as her insights from leadership coaching. She embodies her core values of authentic leadership through her unique combination of education, experience, and expertise. She also demonstrated deep empathy and enthusiastic support for emerging leaders. I believe her thought-full, mind-full, and heart-full stories were instructive and inspiring. I'm grateful to her for providing a meaningful experience rooted in shared human values of community, commitment, and compassion.

Katherine’s professional experience shone through the keynote and workshop content she presented at our annual business conference. She provided useful tools to our attendees, inspiring many of them to comment that they will incorporate her insights into their work. Katherine was very tuned in to the audience needs, customizing her talk and making herself available directly to attendees, providing one-on-one consultation and welcoming ongoing communication. Katie’s preparedness and comfort with the material set the audience at ease. She was personable as well as informative.
