Meet Jaison! My journey into the domain of leadership didn't start within the walls of a high-rise HQ or a polished boardroom. Instead, my journey began in the year 2008, on the ground, where I served as an active-duty Airplane Mechanic for the United States Air Force. This role was defined by discipline, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of precision. From the outset as an Entry-Level Mechanic to my growth as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Operations Manager at a Fortune-20 company, to a Plant Manager in the rigorous Chemical industry, and finally, as an Operations Director offering strategic insights at the highest level, I have walked in the shoes of those I now help, using my very own leadership principles. For over fifteen years, I've had the privilege of working alongside a wide array of leaders—some exemplary, others still finding their way. These interactions have served as my greatest teacher, revealing the profound impact of leadership on team performance, culture, and overall success. They've shown me what works, what doesn't, and most importantly, why. While I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Technology) and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership (MBA), the lessons collected from real-world challenges and victories FAR exceed those learned in academic settings. What truly distinguishes me in the landscape of leadership is my journey through every conceivable operational role.
