The band features Rodney Brunelle RI native as “The Man in Black” with his smooth low vocals, they say if you close your eyes you will think Johnny Cash is in the room. “If you get Johnny Cash I am coming” so I got “Counterfeit Cash”. “The best I have every seen”. “Sounds and looks just like him”. That’s what the old timers said. June Carter was excellent. My only song request was for “old Ragged Flag”. It was the opening song of the second set. Everyone quieted down and listened in Awe. Beautiful! Thank You for that. After the show “Johnny” & the crew stuck around and socialized. They did a Hank Williams tribute with lead guitarist singing which was very good. The manager is also the Bass Fiddle musician. He know just how to keep people happy. And he has strong long fingers that make his instrument sing. Just a great time.
