Joe was great to work with both from the standpoint of him as a band leader and logistically in working with the venue and our needs for the party. They sounded great, played great, and met every expectation we had for the night. The four piece was perfect and played great jazz standards. Highly recommend.

I had Joe as a solo act and he was fantastic! He came early to set up, looked very professional, and sounded amazing. This event was a senior (60+) dance. He mixed it up with fast and slow songs, our dance teacher took about a half hour to teach the fox trot and was playing songs for her that went with the dance, he took requests, he brought a trombone which added so much to songs, played the piano, and sang beautifully. I would definitely recommend and hire him again. Thank you Joe!!

Joe Escobar Jazz Ensemble was a wonderful addition to our holiday party. Very professional, friendly, arrived on time, wonderful voice and music, included several holiday songs. Really enjoyed working with them. So glad we found them thanks to GigMasters.

Joe Escobar's Jazz Ensembles ideally complimented our evening fundraiser. His song list was a perfect accompaniment to our cocktail hour and dinner. We loved listening to his vocals and rendition of our favorite standards. Once you hire Joe, you can leave everything up to him and not have to stress over that aspect of your party. He is extremely professional, punctual and comes fully prepared with all the acoustical instruments necessary to fill the evening with wonderful music. I would highly recommend Joe and his ensemble.

LOVED this Jazz Band. They were very communicative before the event; showed up early to set up; came dressed professionally....and on top of all of that, they were GREAT musicians. Everyone at our corporate event loved them. I would definitely use them again both for a professional or a private event.

I hired Joe Escobar Jazz Ensembles for my wedding at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena. In planning the wedding, Joe was very responsive. During the wedding, for what I can remember as a busy bride, the music was excellent. It was hard to hear announcements at the venue amidst the wedding noise, but I wouldn't fault Joe Escobar's team for it. I really appreciate that Joe played a specific song I requested for my father, and that he was a great sport when (to my own surprise) my dad had the mic! The Joe Escobar Quartet was a wonderful addition to my wedding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for live jazz music entertainment. I just wanted to sit and listen.

Joe and the band were AMAZING! First, I contacted Joe through the "request bid" process and he got back to me within an hour. He pointed me to all of his YouTube videos and I knew immediately he had the right band for my party.
The guys showed up early and they looked professional. They set up, warmed up and were ready to go as the first of my party showed up.
Throughout the day, the band played beautifully. They were, at times, the center of the party, and at other points a nice background for the party. From big band to jazz, they cover it all...and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful band for their event!
