Edda and Max are truly magic. They were professional and accommodating to work with, and exceptional performers - our guests were treated to what amounted to a private concert with talents we would happily see at any premium venue. As a professional musician myself, I can tell you there's no exaggerating when I rate all categories at 5 stars. Julia called me back within an hour of my inquiry and we had an easy, productive conversation to nail down all the specifics regarding music for our wedding reception. I had nothing to worry about during the whole process. You really want to hire someone good enough that you have no more decisions or phone calls to make, and that was the case here. All night at our reception, guests were asking where we found this band because the music was so beautiful! Book them. Whatever it's for, just book them.

675 characters is not enough to describe the overall experience, wonderful people to work with, great music, they were so GREAT!! My new in laws spent many years in Brazil and thoroughly enjoyed their Bossa's and samba's.
More than one of my guests came up and asked me, 'where did you FIND this band??, they are great'. We had a dj scheduled for the last three hours of my reception but everybody was enjoying Rio Bossa Nova so we asked them to stay longer and they happily agreed, in hindsight, i should've sent dj home and BOSSA NOVA-ed ALL NIGHT! Their music made the whole event all the more memorable to me and my new wife.

Rio Bossa Nova was amazing at our wedding reception. We wanted to create a more relaxed atmosphere and this band was exactly what we were looking for. They are all highly talented and professional and were happy to accommodate our small space and other reasonable requests. We received so many positive comments from our wedding guests who also enjoyed the music and vibe of Rio Bossa Nova.
