About Time (for Jazz!) plays straight ahead jazz standards, Latin, classics, and swing. Choose from a single (flute/sax with backup tracks) through a jazz quartet including bass, drums, keyboard, and vocals. Whether you're looking for classical music for your ceremony or jazz for a cocktail party, wine tasting, elegant dinner party, or simply happy hour entertainment while socializing. I’m your musician! My specialties include: *Background music for any special event: cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, gallery openings, wine tastings. *Dance and swing (big band style) music for your wedding/commitment, birthday, holiday, anniversary party. *Specialized shows taking a trip down memory lane of Americas music; Jazz! Swing! Great American Song Book tunes for your community entertainment. As a woodwind music performance major I play flute, alto flute, alto, tenor and bari saxes. Separately and together my colleagues and I have performed all over the metro Atlanta area; at the Capitol City Club, Country Club of the South, Pine Tree Country Club, Marietta Country Club, Georgia Aquarium, Fernbank Science Museum, 57th Fighter Group Restaurant, and Maggianos, Copeland's, Zen on 10, Blakes, Gordon Biersch, Madlife to name just a few. We are based in the metro Atlanta area. Availability includes daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays. Check my calendar by requesting a bid for your event.
