Xarás Trio Jazz Trio from Los Angeles, CA

We are a Latin-Jazz and Bossa-Nova trio based in Los Angeles. We have individually lived, studied and performed all over the world, including Cuba, Mexico, Spain and other countries in Europe and Latin America. We came together in 2002, originally as Flamenco artists. Since then, we have been working together and performing throughout Southern California, and on tour in the U.S. From our Flamenco collaboration, our Latin-Jazz music evolved and our trio was created in 2012. Drawing from our diverse origins and artistic backgrounds, we have created a beautiful repertoire that reflects a fusion of cultures coming together harmoniously. Our songs are performed in various languages. We play Bossa-Nova, Samba, Cuban-style music, Jazz, Latin Jazz, Boleros, Cha-Chas, Cumbias and Flamenco Rumbas. Our music is very "easy on the ear" The perfect background for dining and cocktails, or for dancing. We can perform in any setting, from wedding receptions, to happy hours, to special events. From our rich repertoire, we can put together a selection that suits your preference. Our ensemble can be arranged to fit the occasion: as the original trio, or we can add musicians to give it a fuller sound, or make it even more intimate as a lovely duo. We can provide the perfect music for your special event or private function. We can help bring patrons to your place of business by promoting our performances to our own following.
