Zac Starr Tap Dancer Top 40 Band from Pittsburgh, PA

Looking for unique entertainment that is sure to being excitement to your audience? Zac Starr is an 18 year old professional tap dancer who began his tap dance training at age 4. Zac competed from age 7 to Age 12, excelling at record speed in tap dancing, taking first place and highest scores by age 12. Zac has attended tap dance festivals and events all over the country from age 8 to the present. At age 13, Zac was discovered in a New York City jazz club event, at which time he met his mentor Emmy award winning tap dancer Jason Samuels Smith. At age 12, he then connected with well renowned tap dancer Jared Grimes and began to also be mentored by Jared from age 13 to present. Zac currently performs improv solo shows at nursing homes, senior centers, libraries, and community centers. His shows are never the same as he improvs to any and all styles of music! Zac also has his own band Synchronize, which he performs shows with in and around the city of Pittsburgh and also performs with several other bands in the Pittsburgh area. Zac is sponsored by Bloch Dance Apparel and O’Mara Sprung Floors. Zac Starr entertains the audience with his incredible tap dancing skills and also showcases his vocal talent, singing songs that will have many others dancing, clapping, or singing along.
