Lust Life plays feel good music to create just the right atmosphere for your event. This band of professional musicians prides itself on making your evening fun and memorable by playing the perfect music selections for your occasion. Whether it is a private party, wedding reception or corporate function, Lust Life is able to play anything from soft jazz for background music to groovin' R&B, Jump Blues, Swing and Pop. This band is made up of talented musicians who have played in some of the U.S. and Canada's top orchestras, ensembles, and bands. We can provide music ranging from a small trio or quartet for more intimate gatherings to a six-piece dance band for larger occasions and receptions. No matter what your budget, Lust Life is willing to work with you to make your special day one to remember. We pride ourselves on being able to read the room tailoring the energy of the music to that of the room and keeping your guests wanting more. We have an extensive song list, but if there's a particular song you want, we would be happy to learn it for you. No matter what the location, Lust Life can accommodate your needs. We have worked in large venues such as the Royal BC Museum, Victoria International Jazz Festival and Hatley Castle at Royal Roads, to smaller venues such as Vista 18 at Chateau Victoria and various clubs and private parties. Lust Life provides all sound equipment and can help announce or emcee an event if needed. The stylings of Lust Life defy classical description. Their unique eclectic sound paints a melliflous picture of west coast sound. Each member of the band brings a wealth of history and musical influences. Fused together, their synergy is greater than the sum of the parts. Sultry Vocals, Infectious grooves, and original improvisations create an exciting new concept in modern jazz.
