Indigo Jazz Band We are a hot “little big band” that performs decades' worth of favorite tunes from the 30s to the 70s and beyond, featuring outstanding female and male vocalists as well as exciting, professional instrumental soloists. Our focus is Swing Music that is great for dancing. We play a fun collection of swinging uptempo songs, traditional big band and jazz/blues standards, soft rock classics, and amazing lesser known discoveries and originals. Jump, Jive and Wail, Fever, Misty, Soul Man, Blue Moon, Evil Ways, Chain of Fools, Hot Java Jump, and so many more from our repertoire of over 250 charts… all delivered with a little extra attitude! Our group is uniquely configurable based on our client's needs: From a trio (piano, bass, female vocalist) to a small combo (add drums and 1 horn) to the full band. At full strength we get the sound of a traditional big band with a much smaller footprint. And because we are versatile with a large library of music, we can tailor our sets to your needs.
