About Vendor
Learn more about this vendor for your event.
Eden Lane Jazz & Swing is a band with an affinity for The Great American Songbook, classic film noir, and the elegance & glamour of a bygone era. Anchored by redheaded songbird Stephanie Layton, our vintage vibe can range from dreamy cocktail lounge to big band dance party depending on what your event calls for. While our primary passion is traditional jazz of the 1920s - 1950s (think Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Rosemarie Clooney, Julie London), we are a versatile group of musicians who expertly pull off a wide range of material from other genres when requested, including "Post-Modern Jukebox" style arrangements of contemporary tunes. Our full band is 6 musicians (vocals, jazz guitar, upright bass, trumpet or sax, drums & piano) and we can provide smaller combos all the way down to solo guitar or piano. Vocalist Stephanie also plays the drums (or partial drum kit) with smaller combos, which you can view in our 4th video. Favorite appearances include Charlotte Tilbury Beauty's "Hollywood Collection" launch, Etsy's Halloween party, events for Macallan Scotch & S'well Bottle, and numerous weddings and parties at premiere venues all over Seattle and its surrounding areas. We absolutely adore playing music together.
