The East Dallas Traditional Jazz Band is composed some of the finest musicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The bulk of our repertoire comes from the early 1900s to about the 1940s also known as Traditional Jazz. We are normally a quintet composed of trumpet/cornet, clarinet, piano, bass/tuba and drums. However, we can add an additional horn(trombone) upon request. We are available for parties, corporate events, dances, weddings or anything you could imagine. So, if you are looking for a group to play some good ol' pop music of the early 20th century, then we are the right band for you.
