Talia Mailman, Harpist Harpist from Houston, TX

A beautiful addition, Talia regularly performs with ensembles and solos at weddings, functions and other special events. In Houston, she plays for special events at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and has taught Master Classes at the high school, college and graduate level. She also is a member of Ben Jarrad's band, an up-and-coming indie rock group. The Berkshire Eagle hailed her playing as "sensuous and seductive, evoking an image of heaven." She graduated with a B.A. in Music and English from Williams College and received her Masters of Music in Harp Performance at Boston University. She currently attends University of Houston as an MFA candidate in Creative Writing.
