The harp's sound can hypnotize, its graceful beauty will inspire, its uniqueness will delight. Karen Stern's talent and years of experience allow you to relax and confidently enjoy her entertaining and performing skills. She is equally at home with classical music, contemporary love songs, show tunes and standards, traditional Irish music and religious songs. Classically trained at Boston University (BM degree) and Manhattan School of Music (MM degree), she has performed at all the major venues in the New York area, from Carnegie Hall to the Plaza, Waldorf and St. Regis Hotels. Her performances have taken her traveling through Europe, Central and South America, as well as sailing on international world class cruise ships. You will love the music, whether solo harp or in a small ensemble with flute, violin or cello.
