Joan Steinberg has been delighting audiences with her beautiful harp music for a long time. A busy and versatile performer, her musical selections, include classical, chamber, popular, broadway, standards, and sacred music. She has performed extensively in restaurants, casinos, weddings, parties and other special events, and local orchestras. Her unique style of music will add a special magic to any event. Joan showed musical ability even as a young child, beginning with piano. She started harp studies at age 13, and received her professional training at Temple University College of Music, where she studied with the legendary harpist, Marilyn Costello. She is an accomplished harpist with years of professional experience in many musical venues. Good harpists like Joan book quickly, so be sure to get your date as soon as possible to ensure her availability! Wedding Wire: WOW!! Joan did an amazing job for our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. She was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. She sent us a variety of music to select from. I had asked if she could play a certain song during cocktail hour via email. She immediately responded and said she had printed the sheet music already and would learn it no problem. The music was incredible. All night I had people coming up to me and saying her Harp music made the wedding stunning. Several guests asked for her name for their families upcoming weddings.
