Alena was amazing! Working with her was a pleasure. She was able to learn my special requests with a very short amount of time before the event, and was very accommodating. She showed up early, looked beautiful, and played magical music! My guest adored her! If looking for a harp player, no need to think twice on hiring Alena.

I am speechless! I write this the night after my 50th birthday party and was so impressed with Alena's talents. She was a pleasure to work with and in the repertoire planning. This was my first party using a harpist and for the venue it was perfect for the setting. All of my guests raved about Alena and how beautifully her playing complemented the venue. It was the right level to allow for discussions. I only wish I had her play for longer!! Highly recommend Alena and will look to use her for future parties.

I hired Alena for my wedding ceremony and she was an absolute delight to work with. She should be charging twice as much for her services (she charged a fraction of what my Juilliard alumni friends asked for and she is equally talented). She is graceful, talented, communicative, and professional. She was willing to meet me in advance and embraced my requests, including jazz and Irish songs and a full-on solo. We couldn't be happier with Alena's performance! She also acted with complete professionalism, playing through loud NYC noises in the background, including what felt like neverending church bells!

Alena is an amazingly talented harpist. Her musicianship is phenomenal. She played about a half hour of music for my ceremony. I am a musician myself and was very picky about which songs I wanted played. Alena accommodated all of my suggestions and played them with skill and heart. I was blown away by her ability. She was very prompt in responding to my many emails leading up to the wedding. You will not regret choosing Alena for any event!

Alena was amazing. We had a late summer candle lit outdoor event and her harp brought the perfect balance of elegance, romanticism and professionalism. Technically she was world class. We were also looking for a youthful performer to match the demographic of our crowd and event ambience. For anyone looking for enchanting harp play to class-up their event I highly recommend Alena. We had over 100 guests and every single one of them came up to me and commented on how lovely and fitting Alena's harp was. New to the N.Y. area and gig masters, her fee was very reasonable and granted her overall contribution we feel we booked her for a steal.
