Welcome to Music by Jim from Bethlehem, PA! Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. Let me share a little bit about myself and what I have to offer. I have had the pleasure of performing in various venues in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania throughout my musical journey. From restaurants to private events, music has always been a passion of mine. After taking a break from active performing, I made a comeback in 2013 performing in Nursing Homes across the Lehigh Valley, averaging 50-80 performances a year. Unfortunately, live performances came to a halt in 2019 due to COVID-19. During this time, I honed my solo guitar skills and prepared for my return to live music. Using modern technology like hearing aids, I am able to continue doing what I love - playing classic instrumental Oldies from the 50's and 60’s, popular Standards, and favorites by vocal groups of past decades. You may even catch me singing a tune from time to time! My musical roots stem from the Doo Wop and early rock n roll scene in Brooklyn, a source of great joy for me as I continue to perform into my 70’s. As a U.S. Air Force Medical Corp. Veteran, I bring honor and dedication to my music.
