Hello, I am a professional flutist available to play for your wedding, party or other special event. I am willing to perform solo pieces or work with an ensemble. I own music you can choose from or I can perform any music you provide. I can also improvise with a band or small ensemble. I am familiar with hymns and church music, classical repertoire, celtic music, and modern pop and rock songs. I charge $100 an hour for weddings and $75 an hour for smaller events like art shows. My experience includes a Bachelor's Degree in Music and English from Wheaton College, and a Master's Degree in Flute Performance from Shenandoah University. I have performed for numerous weddings and parties as well as done solo recitals and performed with different large ensembles for the past 10 years. I am willing to travel anywhere in the DC area although I charge $100 extra for distances over 30 mins away.
