More about us: Carlos Caminos is a Venezuelan American musician, composer and performer, and has over 25 years of experience working as a professional guitarist. He studied flamenco with master flamencos Carlos Zárate and Emilio Maya, and flamenco guitar at Carmen de las Cuevas School (Granada, Spain, 2001), and Jazz Harmony with Johann Espinoza, founder of Bajo Sospecha group (Mérida, Venezuela, 1999). His multiple collaborations include working with flamenco dancers, Latin music ensembles (Boleros, Salsa, Son, Cumbia), Latin Jazz, as well as Latin Grammy nominees Tango groups, among others. He has worked with artists such as Theatre Flamenco of San Francisco (Dir. Carola Zertuche), Tangueros del Oeste, The Musical Art Quintet (Dir. Sasha Jacobsen), and many more. Carlos Caminos is based in the San Francisco, Bay Area and has performed in notable venues such as the Yerbabuena Gardens and Yoshi’s of Oakland. Jesse Torre is a professional flamenco guitarist, dance accompanist, composer and music educator living in the San Francisco, Bay Area. Along with accompanying the Bay Area's finest flamencos, his artistry has allowed for collaboration with notable and Grammy award winning artists like flamenco guitarist Antonio Rey, jazz violinist Mads Tolling, and Emmy award winning choreographer and dancer Yaelisa of Caminos Flamencos, to name a few. Jesse has performed in a variety of venues including the Legion of Honor in San Francisco, the Congregation Sherith Israel in San Francisco, the San Francisco Academy of Sciences, the Sound Room in Oakland, the Herbst War Memorial Theater ball room in San Francisco, Club Fox in Redwood City, and the Ashkenaz in Berkeley.
