The start time was 8:30 and it took them 45min to set up. My guests sat for 45 min. I had a bartender & wait staff who were not serving at this time. Sky also came with her music on her Iphone & requested to plug it. I gave her my cord but her phone is older, now I needed my old cord. She needed to plug her phone into my speakers which required 4 people to figure out how to do this to my Built in Sonos system. Then she had to change music, etc....I wanted to watch a show & not run around. I wanted my show to start on time & not watch it being set up. I should have been told ahead of time if I needed to prepare in some way. But I will say that show was fabulous.

Please Keep in Mind it does take us some time to prepare,this is a (Professional Fire show) & requires the utmost Safety ,Remember again we are working with Fire ! ,& we need some time to Dip , & Blot our Fire Tools We also need to soak our wet towels down & place them in the proper location,so please understand this is for our safety as well as yours & your guest,We are very professional indeed !!! Also we always come with our own music which is on an IPhone 4s playlist ,unless client request otherwise which is very easy to connect tooo... btw glad you enjoyed our performance!

If I could give it a negative one star I would. The act was ill prepared to say the least. Little to no fireworks for a fire act. My client decided the guy as dirty, and asked if they were on drugs. I was embarrassed, I reached out to the BASH and to the performers in an attempt to get my money back for my client to no avail.

This is just the most unbelievable comment we are seeing very untruthful we have footage of our Performance from this afternoon it was a daytime fire show we are always prepared we are just completely in shocked to see such a Negative review we are health conscious Performers we did a wonderful fire show poolside in hot weathered conditions the the space itself was not very big we have footage of our Performance to prove all of this ,please remove your comment this is totally uncalled for .
