Unprofessional. Rude to families. Arrived 15 minutes before event was starting, completely flustered and unorganized. Multiple complaints from attendees. Was in a rush to collect her money and leave. I understand she had a contracted time but her attitude and manner the entire time seemed like she was annoyed and didn't want to be there. If I didn't previously commit to her, I wouldn't have paid her at all. I made the mistake of paying her in cash so I can't really dispute but I will not be booking her again.

Ellen was FANTASTIC! She arrived right on time with a smiling face. She had a great bedside manner with the kids and dogs at the event. Her face paint was AMAZING and was the talk of the town! She is a must have at all events and I hope to have her back again next year at our 6th Annual Barktoberfest.

Ellen is very courteous; punctual and a nice professional. Her glitter tattoos are really good; she is good at face painting. With bit more colors/types of glitter tattoos, she would be a big hit.
