Monkey Business Entertainment is a wonderful entertainment company; I was thoroughly pleased with the performance, entertainment, friendly smiles, and everlasting memories that they left on the young ones who attended my son's birthday party. They truly made it an event to remember. I highly recommend them for any form of entertainment; they were able to keep the attention of youngsters ranging from three to ten for their entire length of stay (And that's pretty amazing to me!)

Monkey Business provided us a person who made balloon animals. The volume of children who attended was more than expected and Monkey Business gave us an additional person to handle the activity for no extra charge. We are grateful for their help and would use them again. They interacted with the children and the adults. Everyone seemed to enjoy their balloons. The whole event was great.

Worst experience ever. Dollar General clown wig wasn’t even pulled down to cover their real hair. Goodwill outfit was open in the back. NO MAKEUP WHATSOEVER. I wanted them to just walk up to my husband at the party and not say anything at first (he’s creeped out by clowns & it was to be a joke) They walked in, said, “Boo” and NOTHING else the entire time. They just stood there. My niece finally started singing Happy bday. When I called Peggy, she said that’s what I asked for?? Then told me to pay the girls for their time and not to ever call her again. (Not a problem) In the girls’ defense, they refused any money b/c they realized how awkward & embarrassing it was

Totally False information from our perspective of the story. This gig was totally a mishap not on our part but on the way we were treated by the client and how ugly the client was to the entertainers. Doing a job well done is what we do. Per the client; we provided a "SCAM SCARY UGLY CLOWN". The client called me after the performance and was screaming at me indicating that she hated the performance. I apologized and told her that I must have misunderstood her request and told her not to pay for anything. We think some gigs are meant to be and this gig was not meant to be. The client never paid a deposit thru Gigmasters or thru my company.

Horrible experience. Peggy was unprofessional from start made up lies she'd had issues @that daycare so needed immediate payment, daycare disputes. Then sd send cc auth by 9am. I awake to email sent at 6am canceling bcuz it hadn't been received. I call & I'm told they couldn't wait bcuz talent needs to get daycare. Why tell me by 9? Then says she just didn't want to do it she had a bad feeling. NORMAL ppl plan bday parties in advance. So why send quote &accept, I didn't solicit her I went thru gigmasters. On top of that Minnie went to my childs room w/o us after being told to wait. Costume was not like emailed pics. It was dirty, unbuttoned Minnie feeble & shaking.

Both Amber and Raishawn were extremely nice and accommodating. I should have asked to see examples of the caricature drawings ahead of time though because they were more anime drawings that caricature in nature.

I was really looking forward to them showing up... I hate i got cancled on the day of :( . it threw the whole party off

I am sorry about Sat. The performer and the buyer have complete responsibility between each other for all details concerning a party. Things happen. My entertainer woke up sick as a dog on Sat. and called the buyer at 8:30am the day of the party to let her know. We attempted to communicate by texts and calls to the buyer that morning to tell her we had a substitute; but she didn't respond. We weren't sure if the buyer had booked another company after she spoke to our entertainer that morning and wanted to confirm she still wanted us. The buyer was a 1.5 hour drive from Charlotte. This problem could have been avoided if the buyer communicated to us that morning.

I found my experience with Monkey Business to be very satisfactory. We had to communicate via email as we were in Calif and the entertainment was in North Carolina. My requests were a little different, but we reached an amicable agreement. We were not there, but the feedback from our family was very favorable. Thanks for your talent!

Thank you for your comments in connection to your child's entertainment from us. We agree that the usually standards that we provide for a party was not given that day and we sincerely apologize for it. The error was caused by one of our entertainer's personal issues that morning. Her son got sick and she contacted us at 10:00am to let us know. Our management staff didn't have enough time to fill the position and it caused your party to have only one person performing. We did our best to make things work and we learned from your party that travel distance is a big concern. Your party was located 1 hour and 45 min. from our base headquarters which made your enter
