We hired Damion for our wedding and filled out his paperwork, we especially pressed several important songs and moments that were to happen and he failed them all. He was supposed to MC the event but had to be pushed to do any announcing, during introductions he failed to announce people at the right time, during the ceremony he played the brides music for the bridal party. We were in a remote place and he was warned to download all music provided he failed to do that. All our unique music and requested music was not played. When questioned he thought streaming services would work when we told him they wouldn't. He failed to adequately compensate us for his failures.

Some of which were out of my control.
During our conversation via email, you had also agreed to consider the case closed if I returned (compensated) you for a certain amount of which I did. You then later followed up with an email stating that I should send more money than what we had agreed upon. If not you were going to leave me a negative review on all my platforms. Which you have done so today.
I have taken your criticism with insight and will continue to work on improving my business to make sure an unsatisfactory situation never happens again?
