I was initially pleased with this vendor. We had a great experience planning the music and event details, and they were flexible with our changing dates due to construction delays. However, despite confirming the DJ setup time twice, the DJ was late, and I had to call to find out where he was. He arrived 15 minutes after the event started. Additionally, after discussing the music, he played explicit songs at a family event. I also asked him to make announcements throughout the night, but he only did so when I reminded him. I wouldn't hire them again due to their lack of professionalism and experience.
