DJ Jeff specializes in offering very reliable DJ services for your wedding reception or private party at an affordable price, usually between $200 to $800, depending on the hours needed and the distance from L.A. If hired, I will eagerly communicate with you before the event to iron out any necessary details. The day of the event, I will arrive early to load in the sound gear and set it up before guests start arriving. Then I will play the types of music and songs you requested at a reasonable volume so the guests can still hold a conversation with the person sitting next to them. I will occasionally interject some DJ commentary when needed throughout the night, and can assist with announcements. I can also provide microphones to you for your use if needed including wireless mics, and of course you are welcome to plug your slide show projector audio cable into my sound system for all to hear. Music selection is unlimited. I not only have all the common adult styles like top 40, disco, funk, rock, pop, country, etc., but can tailor a show to your specific needs. For example, songs for kids/teenagers, rock en Espanol, belly dancing, Christmas, and virtually any special type of music. In addition to DJ services, I play acoustic guitar for wedding ceremonies. I can also arrange for my live pop/rock band Reality Check to play for your wedding reception to complement the DJ entertainment. For only $400-$600 extra you can have a live band and a DJ at your event! I also can provide sound services for your outdoor wedding ceremony. I provide the option of regular or wireless microphones, can play pre-recorded music (or live acoustic guitar, as mentioned above), and have exta inputs for a harpist or violinist. Your videographer can record the audio feed straight from my sound board, so your video of the ceremony will have a complete and clear audio track. I also rent out my sound equipment by itself (I deliver and set it up) should you need the equipment for a speaking situation without a DJ. So contact me and let's discuss your upcoming next event!
