Dapper Dixie Dixieland Band from San Diego, CA

Dapper Dixie is a premiere dixieland group in San Diego.  The group has a varied and collective background of many types of music including jazz, theatre, funk, soul, ska, brass band, latin, reggae, classical, and many more.  Each member has had much experience performing professionally around Southern California, as well as working with school music programs in the San Diego county schools and teaching privately.  They are all natives of Southern California, the majority of them having met while studying music at San Diego State University.  The group's goal in performing is to bring the joy and revival of good old fashioned American music back to the public and to your event.  Dapper Dixie looks forward to working with you.
