The Department of Defense selected Yellow Bird for Goodwill tours for the Peace Keeping Forces and Allies of NATO in November 2009, 2011 and 2012. At the request of the US State Department Yellow Bird Productions has toured on numerous tours for Embassies/Consulates in Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Central and South America. In 2004, the Yellow Bird Indian Dancers were recognized as the "Culture Keepers of Arizona" by the Arizona's Governor's office.
