The Hot Tub Piranhas Cover Band from Gloucester, MA

The Hot Tub Piranhas is a Band that formed back in 2013 as a 4-piece classic and contemporary rock cover band. They performed together for 3 years in the greater North Shore, Boston and Southern New Hampshire areas to an appreciative and fun fan-base from those area's. In latter 2018, The H.T.P.'s reformed with all new members and instrumentation. You can find the list of band members further down in this introduction. With this lay-over, not being able to perform live shows during the Covid 19 Pandemic, we thought we would seize the opportunity to rebuild our song catalog with some newer (...for us) material, many songs of which we've not heard other bands cover, but probably have wanted to. Instrumentation, along with talent and the drive accounts for our ability to tackle much of this material. Of course we will have plenty of the previous catalog material available for "bring back" by request still in play, but we're trying to achieve something a little different by adding a few of the more sophisticated rock tunes that are now available to us, due to the expanded instrumentation. We've a mission in mind with the changes we've made to the band in the past few years. That mission is to bring a musical environment of talent, professionalism and fun to any and all events we perform for... be it music club, tavern/pub, or any private event you can think of, including: Weddings, Birthday Parties, Graduations, Bar Mitzvah, Christmas/New Years Eve., Retirement Parties and so on... More Private events are our #1 goal, but we will always perform in music clubs as well. The members of the band have extensive experience in live performance and studio recording and have been performing since they were in their early teens. Though we are not kids anymore, we still rock with the best of them and can get anyone, from ages 8 to 80, pumped up and jamming on the dance floor and having fun. The music we cover is attractive to all age groups, as our performance history has shown us. ...and it's only getting better with the wealth of different material we continually bring in to our song catalog.
