The Quake Dance Band from Plymouth Meeting, PA

Formed in Philadelphia in 1995 by bassist/leader, Carl Smith, and late keyboardist, Bill “Wolf” Young, The Quake (aka The Monday Night Live Band) of the now defunct Comcast SportsNetone hour variety “sports-tainment” show, Monday Night Live. Because of these experiences, the band has a wealth of knowledge at their disposal, and of course, the music and presentation are without question, spectacular. The Quake is not an entertainment agency, a production company with multiple bands, or mercenary musicians that tend to get “mixed and matched”. The Quake is a professional, upscale, special events band. The band that you hire is the one that will perform at your event. ALL AUDIO SAMPLES are raw, untouched and un-mixed. ALL WERE RECORDED LIVE. What you see and hear is what you. There are no audio tracks of the original artist playing along with The Quake in the background. ALL VIDEO SAMPLES were done live. There are no elaborate sets or flashing lights to distract from or cover up any performer deficiencies. We knew months ago when he first heard you guys play, that you would be the perfect fit for what we were trying to achieve (in terms of bringing a party to our guests). As you know I have a big family, (260 total guests attended the reception), and over the years there have been many weddings...I cannot tell you how many of them came up to me and said this was the best reception they had been to. From the ambience of the cocktail hour thru the very tasteful dinner set we were very impressed. ……but when the party really got started The Quake ROCKED!! Our guests (literally from all over the country) could not believe the band…..a non stop dance floor.
