You know all those songs you grew up with, your favorite 60's, 70's & 80's rock bands and artists, singing every word to every song on the radio? Well, that's LOOKIN BACK! We do all of those songs! LOOKIN BACK is a 6-piece 60’s, 70’s & 80’s Top 40 Classic Rock cover band. We enjoy playing what people want to hear. Strong vocals and a solid groove are what you will find while listening and dancing to LOOKIN BACK. We want to please the crowd and bring back those great memories with the music that we play. Great dance tunes! Great energy! We want to be the life of YOUR party! LOOKIN BACK brings excellent vocals, great musicians, stellar sound! We've been an established band for over 12 years with many decades of exceptional musicianship. We've enjoyed playing many years for the Larkspur Summer Concert Series, the Castle Pines Food Truck Frenzy, and the Castle Rock Annual Starlighting event, just to name a few. We love playing private events, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, holiday parties...indoors or outdoors! As a sound engineer, I see and work with a multitude of bands, especially bands of similar style and sensibilities, so I can say that these guys are the real McCoy. They were very courteous, easy to work with, prepared, and most of all, professional. They played the songs that people wanted to hear (and well too, something rare these days) and kept our crowd in the bar, dancing and drinking the night away. Many bands can play through a set and do it well, but it's more rare to find one that can do just that while staying actively involved and engaged with their audience. It's also seldom that I find myself behind the bar on a Thursday night serving drinks because our bartender is slammed with too many orders to handle from a large crowd the band had brought in. I can't thank the guys enough for their professionalism as a band and kindness as people. Were I a betting man, I'd wager that Lookin' Back would keep your dance floor full and your guests entertained, should you book them for a party.
