Graceland Funk Cover Band from Nashville, TN

Ever wonder what Elvis would sound like if he were backed by a killer funk band? The project is brand new but so far the response has been phenomenal! My name is John McFeely and I moved to Nashville in Spring of 2023. Right away I went looking for a church and landed at Triumphant Church in Madison where my wife and I were the only white couple. Right away I introduced myself to the most incredible gospel organist I’d ever heard . Mr Alton Gibson . Fast forward to Spring 2024 and Graceland Funk is ready to play your private event ,club gig or back yard party. We can come out as a 3,4,5 or 6 piece band depending on your needs and will work with you on price because this band loves to play and have fun. We started out as The Triumphant Kings and added a little gospel and blues feel to Elvis classics. Nowadays we can still play them all but have added James Brown, Sly and the Family Stone ,Kool and the Gang etc… to the set list and will gladly attempt any requests the crowd yells out with the help of chords off the internet. If interested in just a solo Elvis impersonator with a small pa and backing tracks, I can do that too.
