Almost Classic is a party band that plays authentic covers of the best pop-rock and alternative hits spanning 1990 through the 2010s. Formed in 2022, Almost Classic has brought hours of entertainment and huge singalongs to venues and private parties across the greater Charlotte-metro area. The most rewarding (and common) feedback after each show is how the songs transported audiences right back to their middle, high school, or college days. With 90s and 00s pop-rock and alternative music still in heavy rotation on the airwaves and topping streaming lists today, providing live versions of these songs at your event/venue is a quick way to connect with and give your guests a memorable blast from their past! Almost Classic is a 5-piece band consisting of a guitarist/male lead vocalist, guitarist/backup vocalist, keyboardist/female lead vocalist, bassist/backup vocalist, and drummer. The band is always ready to rock a fully “plugged-in” set, but can also scale songs back to an “acoustic-ish” version to meet the needs of a smaller venue or event. Almost Classic provides up to a 3-hour set and can supply a professional grade PA suited for indoors or an outdoor crowd of several hundred as needed.
