A Western Edge Country Band Country Band from Milwaukee, WI

A Western Edge is a 6 piece country western band. It includes an upright bass, fiddle, lead and rhythm guitars, and two full time vocalists that specialize in tight harmonies. The band plays classic country western music (and some bluegrass) with swing and swagger. Our band focuses on entertainment and energy as we seek to appeal to all age groups and socio-cultural demographics. Most of our covers are music from the 40's - 70's and we tend to take it all uptempo and keep it moving. We do ballads , train songs, loving and leaving songs, as well as just get up and dance songs. We also do originals and have a one hour set list devoted solely to those originals. We have a promo CD completed and will be putting together an "originals only" promo CD in spring/summer of 2018. We are known as one of the "tightest" bands in S.E. Wisconsin and the talent level of the musicians is about as good as you will find. We work festivals, bars, private events etc. and our pay is determined by distance traveled and time involved with the performance.
