Omg! Kids had a blast! Came in character and stayed in character till he left. Very interactive. Kiddos were entertained the entire time. He read a story, passed out gifts and posed for pics with all the kids, group photos and individual family photos! Really impressed with all of our special requests we had and he delivered above and beyond my expectations! Would highly recommend!

Zippy was a wonderful Santa Claus. Our Christmas Eve was such a joy because of him. He interacted with each of the children and really made each of them feel special. I will definitely recommend him to everyone and plan on having come again next year. He met every expectation I had for a Santa!!!

By far the worst experience I ever had. A gross display of professionalism to say the least. We booked and paid in advance. He never showed up. I waited 15 minutes after the expected arrival time, then made multiple calls. I left messages and emailed, no answer. GigMasters has no emergency customer support. Guess they expect the performers to be responsible. Finally 2 hours later I get a text asking "who is this?" Didn't really matter at that point! Only then did I get an apology and was told I'd get a refund. Of course I would! You cant charge for a service you didn't provide! I would not recommend at all! My Review? Unreliable and not worth the disappointment.

Great communication before and day of event. Awesome interaction with kids and adults.
