This means we can accommodate practically any type of venue or event request, whether it's a birthday party, movie premiere, community event, hospital visit, summer camp, fundraiser, school function, daycare center, or religious gathering - we've got you covered. Cancellation Policy: Customer may rescind engagement agreements due to unforeseen event cancellation up to ten (10) business days before the Event. Customer agrees to provide email notification to Vendor (via booking@superhero-agency.com) no later than ten (10) business days before the start time of the Event to request a refund of the deposit. If Customer rescinds the agreement and notifies Vendor later than ten (10) business days before the Event, the engagement fee deposit is forfeited and the Vendor will no longer be obligated to provide services stated herein. In the instance of Event postponement, Vendor and Customer agree to make concerted efforts to reschedule the Appearance to a new date and start time within 372 calendar days following the original Event date. All reservation payments are nonrefundable. Grace Period: Vendor shall be allowed a fifteen (15) minute grace period for delayed arrival of performers to the Event due to unavoidable traffic circumstances without penalty. If performers arrive within this grace period, the performance time shall be adjusted accordingly to ensure the full service length of Appearance is provided. Force Majeure: Vendor shall be excused from obligations hereunder in the event of force majeure (detention by sickness, war, accidents, riots, strike, protest, natural disaster, national emergency, traffic hindrance, extreme weather, any act or order of public law authority, or any other legitimate condition or delay beyond respective control of Vendor). Customer shall not be excused after deposit is made. Customer acknowledges her authority to enter into this agreement and assumes liability for the terms herein.
