Olaf costume was dirty. Elsa was a male dressed as a girl. Handler BLASTED the music and we had to turn it down. 80's music was played vs. Frozen or holiday music. There was one, only ONE game played. We were expecting an hour of games. The balloons were really far too simple/remedial. We were expecting balloon art not just a circle wreath for a kids head. The kids may have thought the characters were fun but they creeped out the adults and we will not have back. That was a lot of money for what we got :(. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

It’s disapointing reading this feedback because the guest adults & kids included, all complimented our staff through out event. We received instant feedback “the best Xmas party they’ve had with the company”. Everything was spelled out in our initial email as to what’s included in package. Balloon twisting is single twist b/cuz there being created by costume character wearing a mascot head & gloves(guest were very intrigued that cartoon characters could make balloons in costume). Advised that we play 1-3games which we did inside a conference room set up. Music was played on a very small speaker & when advised that it was loud, we adjusted! Music is fam friendly!

Mickey and Minnie and the person helping them were absolutely fantastic. They made the day with the games, dancing and interaction with all the people just wonderful. I truly cannot say enough about how great they were. This was for a group of Special Needs Adults for a party for one of the clients (my brother) They all enjoyed themselves tremendously. For those clients who were not able to participate in activities, Mickey and Minnie were sure to include them in some way or another. I HIGHLY recommend Kidzworld to anyone and if I need a group again I would choose them without any doubt. If you would ever need to contact me about them please do not hesitate.
