Hi, my name is Penny. Some people call me Penny the Clown, and others call me Penny the "cute" Clown. I have been in the entertainment business for about ten years. I have a lot of fun in this business; however, just because I have fun doesn't mean I'm not serious about what I do. I give each and every event 150%. Face Painting, I offer cheek art as well as full faces and use only the finest quality, water based face paints available.
