Robert provides a range of musical presentations from exquisite music for classy affairs including wedding ceremonies/receptions/rehearsal dinners, social events, business meetings, art shows, gala dinners, to solo concerts, and more popular styles for casual events. He has worked with his wife, a popular vocalist, for many years who is also available. Mr. Clarke’s many recitals include New York’s Carnegie Recital Hall and Lincoln Center with a favorable review in the New York Times. He has played numerous chamber music concerts and concertos in the eastern U.S. and has been heard on radio and television in North and South America. Tours with Flutist Carl Adams have included performances at prestigious venues such as Chautauqua Institution and Carnegie Recital Hall. The duo also made two recordings on the Critics’ Choice label. He studied the guitar on three continents in Spain at the Segovia School as well as in Brazil, and across the USA. He served as chairman of the guitar department at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh).
