Sonora Borealis is not your typical Rock N Roll cover band! We do creative takes on your the most exciting songs from the 60s through the 80s, pepper in other decades, as well as recent material. And unlike most cover bands who just replicate songs, we make each Sonora Borealis experience feel like you are attending an exciting high energy concert. You can feel the delight of performing from each talented musician and singer which will make you and your event sparkle with joy, whether dancing up a storm or listening with anticipation to what we do next. While the amazing Erin Anderson will make you wow to her incredible vocals on rockers and ballads alike each other member takes turns singing leads. Spencer Gorin sears on guitar acrobatics but also sets a playful groove. Earl Armstrong's strong drumming and mischievous vocals always brings a smile. Steve Rein's bass and vocals takes command over the bottom and holds it all together. And Josh Brooks' tasty keyboard style and vocals will leave you wanting more. Together this band has so much fun, enjoys each other so much that this dynamic will affectionally infect your event and all the participants. We are quite friendly folk and will work collaboratively with you and add a few songs to our set list if requested to make your event shine and reflect your desires.
