The Christmas Carolers were a no show. No communication ahead of party and none after as of yet. What’s less than 1/2 star?

We are so unbelievably sorry that we missed your event. Somehow the booking notification completely got overlooked. We really feel sick over this. We have never, in our 25 years of business, completely missed an event. We sincerely apologize. We have, of course, refunded your payment and will reach out today to ensure we make this right with you. I also made the recommendation to The Bash that, if they see a vendor hasn't viewed a booked event's page, they should set up trigger- notifications. We're not laying blame on them at all. I went back and found their notification email, which 99.9% of the time has been sufficient, showing that you booked the event.

Fantastic group of four showed up for our Christmas luncheon. Their costumes were lovely and their voices were just wonderful. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly!
