Samantha Hegre is a conservatory-trained, professional cellist who has been performing for weddings and other special events for over 20 years. Whether you want music for a wedding ceremony, a cocktail hour, or a soprorate event, Samantha will gladly work with you to help you select music for your special event. Samantha has a Master of Music degree and a Graduate Performance Diploma from Peabody Conservatory of Music and has performed in Italy, Austria, and around the US. In addition to playing classical music, she has also performed with rock, indie folk, and alt-country bands. LGBT-friendly There is a one hour minimum, but for weddings, that includes a 30 minute prelude prior to the ceremony, which sets a lovely tone as your guests are arriving. I will provide a list of my repertoire. Up to two additional pieces are available at no additional charge (at musician's discretion with regard to playability on solo cello.) Additional pieces may be added for a small fee.
