Nicole was great. We called her at 9am and she was at our event at 3pm the same day. She was very professional and responded to all of our needs. I strongly recommend using Trombetti Catering for your next event.

My experience with Trombetti was a nightmare. I am hoping that Nichole will make it right! Not only was she late but she made excuses for her behavior. Then she stole out with the alcohol when nobody was looking so she thought. I am letting her have today to make it right before I take her to court. Thank you gig masters it was not your fault. Then she stole away with the money also. Very disappointed in her behavior as I did not expect that from her. I learn again not to trust people. Thank goodness I have canceled checks.

I'd recommend another bar service unless you're serving just beer / wine. Pros - Nikki responds quickly to your inquiry, will accommodate your budget, and is professional at the event. Cons - drinks will be made from bottles of mix (which is the only reason we wanted a bartender because I could have done that myself) and she ran very late (guaranteed one hour before event arrival and said she may even come two hours early and showed up 15 mins before the event which left people scrambling). Overall I was disappointed.

Alyssa, we did not use premixed margaritas we mixed alcohol in ourselves no premixed margaritas made. There was a fatal accident yesterday, and there was nothing that I could do about an accident. Your event still started on time. Beers were cold and drinks were good and all of your guests were happy. Feel free to contact me at anytime to discuss this further. And that anytime during the event you Could have voiced your concerns. Also you don’t leave much time for accommodations when you book the day before.
